This Lemon Vinaigrette is light, tangy and perfect for summer salad! The honey gives it a slight sweet taste to compliment the lemon. Use on everything from fruit salads to steak salads!
Why buy salad dressing when you can make it at home? It’s not as hard as you might think!
The hardest part of this recipe is juicing the lemon! Don’t have a juicer, don’t want to juice by hand? Buy fresh lemon juice at your local grocery store!
So, using a small or medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Using a whisk, blend it all together.
Transfer to a bottle or container with a lid or closure and refrigerate.

- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/8 cup Fresh Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
- 1/8 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
