How to Make Easy Homemade Salsa:
Salsa is really the easiest thing to make! Seriously! The hardest part is chopping up the tomatoes and onions. Which I suggest you do, to make sure everything blends smoothly.
Now, you can use a blender or food processor. I used a food processor.
So, place the tomatoes, onions, garlic, green chilis, lime juice, cilantro, garlic salt and pepper into the food processor. I didn’t use jalapeños in the recipe in these photos but if I am making for a party I would make one with with green chilis and one with jalapeños. Don’t be fooled, the green chilis do add a little kick.
Ok, so you added all the ingredients to the food processor or blender, now pulse for 10 – 30 seconds. Seriously, that’s all you need! Continue to pulse if all the tomatoes didn’t break down, but the ingredients should all be combined and pulsed now.
Transfer to a bowl or serving dish and enjoy with chips! The salsa can also be made ahead of time and refrigerated in an airtight container.
Hope you enjoy!
