- large egg
- granulated sugar
- molasses
- salted butter
- water
- all-purpose flour
- baking soda
- ground ginger
- ground cinnamon
- ground nutmeg
- ground cloves
- sea salt
- whipped cream

How To Make Gingerbread Bundt Cake
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray, set aside. In a large bowl, add the egg, sugar, molasses, melted butter, water and mix well.
Next add the flour, baking soda, ginger and salt to the molasses mixture. Beat until well mixed. Pour batter into the greased bundt pan, make sure it’s spread evenly.
Bake at 350 until cake tests done, about 35 minutes. If you are using a heavier bundt pan, consider checking the cake at 30 minutes or baking at 325 degrees.
Flip out onto a wire rack to cool, if you greased your pan well enough it should just slide right out onto the rack. Once cool, garnish with confectioners sugar and and serve with whipped cream.
