This Cinnamon Roll Pudding Cake is as easy as it comes! Yellow cake and pudding layered with cinnamon, sugar and pecans! Ready in less than an hour!

- yellow cake mix

- granulated sugar

How To Make Cinnamon Roll Pudding Cake
This cake comes together so quickly! Perfect treat for dessert or even breakfast! First, get started by heating oven to 350°F and spray a 9×9 square pan or 9 inch round pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat dry pudding mix and milk with whisk for 2 minutes. I used almond milk for this recipe but 2% or whole milk will also work. Then stir in dry cake mix until well blended.
In a small bowl, mix the dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar. Spread 1/3 of batter evenly in bottom of the greased pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cinnamon mixture and chopped pecans.
Continue layering the batter and the cinnamon mixture, ending with the mixture and pecans on top. I did 3 layers of each and the layers weren’t perfect, so don’t worry about spreading the batter completely each time.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out almost clean. Be careful to not over bake, it should have a soft texture. Let stand 10 – 15 minutes before serving. Use a large spoon for serving.
