Air Fryer Avocado Egg Rolls are easier than you think to make! Simple to prep with only a few ingredients, and then air fried to crispy perfection! Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!

- small avocados
- egg roll wrappers
- olive oil
- water
- cooking spray
- sweet chili sauce (or sauce of choice for dipping)

How To Make Air Fryer Avocado Egg Rolls
These Egg Rolls are very easy to make. I like to prep everything before preheating the air fryer. So, get all your supplies ready. A cutting board to slice the avocados and wrap the egg rolls. Also, grab two small bowls, one for the olive oil and one with a little water for sealing the wrappers.
Ok, let’s get wrapping! Peel and halve the avocados, slice each half into slices. I used small avocados, if you use larger ones you may need less. Layout one egg roll wrapper and place 4 or 5 slices of avocado in the middle.
Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the avocado and then fold in the sides. Dip your finger in the water or brush a little water on the top edge of the wrapper, then finish rolling the top over to seal the edges.
Continue rolling with remaining wrappers and avocado. When all the egg rolls are prepped, preheat air fryer to 350 degrees. Then, using a pastry brush, brush both sides of the egg rolls with olive oil.
Once air fryer has preheated, place egg rolls in basket. You may have to do these in batches depending on size of your air fryer basket. I did mine in two batches. Cook for 8 mins, carefully flipping at 4 minutes using kitchen tongs.
If cooking in batches, you can keep the egg rolls warm on a sheet pan in a 200 degree oven. I like to serve with sweet chili sauce for dipping, but you can also dip into soy sauce or yum yum sauce.
Also, these egg rolls can be refrigerated and reheated later in oven or toaster oven.
