- 12 oz cauliflower gnocchi, frozen
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 6 bacon slices, chopped
- grated parmesan for garnish
Instructions
- In a deep skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat.
- Cook bacon for about 5 minutes and add frozen gnocchi.
- Cook bacon and gnocchi for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add kale and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately and garnish with grated parmesan if desired.
