This Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf takes comfort food to a new level! Even the biggest meatloaf skeptics will love this! It’s perfect as a weeknight meal or it can be made ahead time for frozen individual meals!

- ground beef
- bacon slices or bacon pieces
- cheddar or jack cheese
- large egg
- italian breadcrumbs
- mayonnaise
- ketchup
- yellow mustard
- french fried onions

How To Make Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
This meatloaf is so easy to make! First, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and coat a loaf or meatloaf pan with cooking spray, set aside. I love my meatloaf pan, it’s two pieces with a drip grease pan!
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the french fried onions and reserved ketchup and mustard.
Mix in all the ingredients by hand until well incorporated. Shape mixture into loaf and place in greased pan. I slightly flatten the loaf so it bakes evenly.
In a small bowl, mix the reserved ketchup and mustard. Then spread the mixture on top of the uncooked meatloaf.
Bake for 20 minutes, then remove and sprinkle the french fried onions on top. Place back in oven and bake for another 10 minutes. Slice and serve immediately or place in individual containers for meal prep!

Meatloaf
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped (about 4 slices)
- 1 cup cheddar or jack cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a loaf or meatloaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the toppings.
- Mix together by hand and shape into pan.
- Mix ketchup and mustard and spread on top of loaf.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Add french fried onions on top of meatloaf.
- Continue baking for 10 minutes.
- Slice and Serve!
Notes
- Pre-cooked Bacon Pieces can be used instead of slices, they can be found by the bacon bits in your local grocery store.
