Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders

  • 1 pkg kings hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 6 slices american cheese or cheddar cheese, divided into quarters
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked, cut into 3rds
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
  • 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Form ground chuck into little 1 – 1.5 oz patties and place on sheet pan.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. While the burgers are cooking, line a casserole dish with parchment.
  5. Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, set the top half aside.
  6. Place the bottom half of the rolls in pan on top of the parchment.
  7. When burgers are done cooking, place one on top of each bottom roll.
  8. Top each burger with two mini slices of bacon and cheese.
  9. Place the roll tops on each burger stack.
  10. Melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce.
  11. Brush or pour over top of the rolls.
  12. Sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds.
  13. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  14. Serve immediately.
