Baked Blueberry Oatmeal is perfect when you need something quick and easy in the morning! Just mix up all the ingredients and bake! Try adding raspberries or blackberries too!

Ingredients Needed For Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

  • old fashioned oats
  • dark brown sugar
  • ground cinnamon
  • baking powder
  • ground flax seed
  • vanilla extract
  • milk (I used 2% milk)
  • fresh blueberries
  • cooking spray

How To Make Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

This has to be one of the easiest breakfasts! Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a square baking dish with cooking spray. My baking dish is an 8 x 8 but a 9 x 9 would work too.

In a large bowl, mix the old fashioned oats, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder and ground flax seed.

Next, add in the milk and vanilla extract and stir until well combined. I used 2% milk, but you can use any milk you like. I have also used unsweetened almond milk.

Lastly, fold in the blueberries and spread into greased dish. Bake for 30 minutes.

Enjoy hot or cold, makes great meal prep too!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk (I used 2% milk)
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a square baking dish with cooking spray.
