  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a square baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the old fashioned oats, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder and ground flax seed.
  3. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Then, stir in the blueberries.
  5. Spread into greased dish
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy hot or cold, makes great meal prep too.
