  1. Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 12 count muffins tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the old fashioned oats, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, ground flax seed and chia seeds.
  3. Stir in unsweetened almond milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Then, stir in the dried cranberries.
  5. Evenly distribute into the greased muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy hot or cold, makes great meal prep too.
