- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 12 count muffins tin with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the old fashioned oats, dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon, baking powder, ground flax seed and chia seeds.
- Stir in unsweetened almond milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Then, stir in the dried cranberries.
- Evenly distribute into the greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy hot or cold, makes great meal prep too.
