Start with Roasted Spaghetti Squash.
Add your favorite marinara sauce or check out this Simple Tomato Sauce recipe.
Add a tablespoon of grated Pecorino-Romano or Parmesan cheese on top of sauce.
Lastly, add shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 5 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
- 1 Roasted Spaghetti Squash (divided)
- 1 cup Marinara (divided)
- 2 tbsp Grated Pecorino-Romano Cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (divided)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Place Roasted Spaghetti Squash on foil lined sheet pan.

Add 1/2 cup of Marinara to each Spaghetti Squash half.

Add 1 tablespoon of Pecorino-Romano to each half.

Add 1/4 cup of shredded Mozzarella to each half.

Bake for 5 – 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- If you roasted the spaghetti squash on a previous day, extend the baking time to 20 minutes.
