How To Make Easy Beef Chili

This chili is so flavorful and just so easy to make! Good chili doesn’t have to cook all day. Let’s get started! Chop a small onion (I used a yellow onion).

In a large lightly greased saucepan or dutch oven, add the chopped onion and cook on medium-high heat.

Cook the onions for a few minutes and then add the ground beef. Stirring and breaking up the beef as it cooks.

Once the beef is cooked all the way through, then add the tomatoes, green chilis and spices.

Stir and then add the drained kidney beans and the water.

Bring to a boil and then let simmer for an hour.

Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
