How to Make Beer Bread:
This Beer Bread really has to be the easiest bread recipe ever! I suggest using your favorite beer and I think an amber or dark beer works best.
So, back to how easy this bread is to make. First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and combine with a hand mixer or wooden spoon. Make sure you get everything well combined. Then pour batter into the greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes at first. Depending on your type of loaf pan and oven, the baking time could be different, so after 50 minutes check with a toothpick. I tend to bake mine for 60 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. I cool in the pan for a few minutes on the rack and then tip the loaf out on to the rack.
I suggest enjoying while warm but cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
Hope you enjoy!
