- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 12 oz beer
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and beat with a hand mixer.
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50 minutes and check with a toothpick, if toothpick isn’t bake in 5 minute increments until toothpick is clean.
- Cool on wire rack.
- Slice and serve!
- Enjoy!

- I used Yuengling. I suggest not using light beer.
