Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place cast iron skillet or oven-safe skillet in the oven.
- In a blender, combine eggs, flour, milk and sugar until smooth.
- Carefully place butter in the hot skillet and return to oven until melted.
- Once butter is melted, carefully remove pan, pour in batter and then add the blueberries.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
- Enjoy!

- If you do not have a blender, you can mix the ingredients by hand.
