  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place liners in a 12 count muffin pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar.
  4. Add in the eggs and ricotta, mix until combined.
  5. Then beat in the flour and baking powder.
  6. Fold in the blueberries by hand.
  7. Divide batter equally between the muffin liners.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Enjoy!
