This Buffalo Chicken Chili is the perfect addition to your weekly menu! Made with ground chicken and white beans, it’s low fat and high in protein! Plus, a bit of buffalo sauce, gives it just enough of a kick!

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Chili
If you like your chili to have kick, then this Buffalo Chicken Chili is for you! Plus, it takes very little prep, so it’s super easy to make!
Coat a large pot with cooking spray, it will keep the chicken from sticking. You can also use a tablespoon of olive oil. Heat the pot over medium heat and add the chopped onion and bell pepper.
Cook for a few minutes until the onion and pepper start to soften.
Add the ground chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally, breaking up the chicken until it’s completely cooked.
Then add the tomatoes, green chilis and drained white beans. Stir and add the chili powder and buffalo sauce.
Bring the chili to a boil and then reduce to simmer for 30 minutes, allowing all the flavors to cook through.
Garnish with shredded cheese and green onions, if desired.

Buffalo Chicken Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 4.5 oz. diced green chilis
- 15.5 oz. white beans, drained
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large pot coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
- Add in chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.
- Cook for a few minutes until slightly soft, then add the ground chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is completely cooked, add tomatoes, green chilis and drained white beans.
- Then stir in chili powder and buffalo sauce.
- Simmer chili for about 30 minutes.
- Serve and Garnish with Shredded Cheese, if desired.
