Buffalo Chicken Chili

  1. Heat a large pot coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  2. Add in chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.
  3. Cook for a few minutes until slightly soft, then add the ground chicken.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Once the chicken is completely cooked, add tomatoes, green chilis and drained white beans.
  7. Then stir in chili powder and buffalo sauce.
  8. Simmer chili for about 30 minutes.
  9. Serve and Garnish with Shredded Cheese, if desired.
  10. Enjoy!
