- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes
- 4.5 oz. diced green chilis
- 15.5 oz. white beans, drained
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a large pot coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
- Add in chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper.
- Cook for a few minutes until slightly soft, then add the ground chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Once the chicken is completely cooked, add tomatoes, green chilis and drained white beans.
- Then stir in chili powder and buffalo sauce.
- Simmer chili for about 30 minutes.
- Serve and Garnish with Shredded Cheese, if desired.
