How To Make Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Pre-heat oven 350 degrees and lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.

Drain two cans of chunk chicken in water. You can also use shredded rotisserie chicken or boiled chicken. I took the easy way out this time!

Place drained chicken in the greased 2 quart baking dish and break up with a fork. Add the hot sauce and mix with chicken (I used Frank’s Red Hot.)

Heat a small saucepan over medium heat, add cream cheese and ranch dressing. Stir continuously until cream cheese melts and sauce is smooth.

Pour ranch and cheese mixture on top of chicken and hot sauce. Spread evenly to the edges. The top with shredded cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Note, you can prep ahead of time and bake when ready. You can also bake ahead of time and reheat in the microwave when ready to serve.
