I love these Chocolate Chip Pancake Sticks and you will too! These pancake sticks are perfect if you are short on time, making breakfast for a crowd or just want a fun breakfast! So easy to make and ready in less than 30 minutes!
I can’t rave enough about how easy these Chocolate Chip Pancake Sticks are to make! This has to be one of the quickest ways to make pancakes.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and grease a 12 x 16 sheet pan with cooking spray. I wouldn’t go much bigger than that on the pan size or your pancakes will be really thin and burn. That said, if the pan is smaller, you will want to adjust the cook time since you will be making thicker pancakes.
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix together by hand. You could use a hand mixer but it’s not necessary.
I waited to stir in the chocolate chips after I initially mixed the ingredients but it’s not required. I also used Dark Chocolate Chips.
In your greased 12 x 16 pan, spread the batter as evenly as possible. Maybe lightly tap the pan against the counter to make sure it settles evenly.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425. You should see the sides pulling away and getting browned. After 10 minutes, flip the oven to broil for 2 – 3 minutes to let the tops brown a little.
Remove from oven and let cool for just a few minutes before cutting. Slice into 24 sticks and serve with maple syrup for dipping! So fun!
Enjoy!
