- 9 tbsp salted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In large bowl, beat eggs with an electric hand mixer until foamy.
- Beat in cooled melted butter and sugar.
- Beat in the vanilla extract.
- Then mix in baking powder and all-purpose flour.
- Heat your pizzelle iron or waffle iron.
- Measure heaping tablespoonfuls of batter onto the pizzelle iron and cook for 45 – 60 seconds, depending on desired crispiness.
- Cool on wire rack and continue process with remaining batter.
- Enjoy!
