- 1 box (3.4 oz) chocolate instant pudding
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I used 2% milk)
- 1 box chocolate cake mix (I used devil’s food cake mix)
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, beat dry pudding mix and milk with whisk for about 2 minutes.
- Stir in dry cake mix until well blended.
- Spread batter evenly in bottom of baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
- Bake 25 – 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out almost clean. Serve with a spoon. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.
