  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat dry pudding mix and milk with whisk for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in dry cake mix until well blended.
  4. Spread batter evenly in bottom of baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top.
  6. Bake 25 – 28 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out almost clean. Serve with a spoon. Store covered in airtight container at room temperature.
