How To Make Chocolate Lava Cakes
So, let’s get started, pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. These can be made ahead of time so if you want to save for later skip this step.
Lightly grease two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray and place on a cookie sheet.
In a large mixing bowl, add chocolate and butter. Microwave for one minute and whisk until smooth. Everything will not be completely melted but will still blend together. Then add the powdered sugar and stir.
Then add the eggs and egg yolks and combine completely.
Lastly, add in the flour and stir until completely smooth. Divide evenly between the ramekins. Bake for 22 – 25 minutes until the sides are set but the middle is still soft.
Let sit for a couple of minutes and run a knife around the cakes to loosen them up. You can enjoy in the ramekin or flip out on to dish!
