- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 6 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Lightly grease two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray and place on a cookie sheet.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chocolate and butter.
- Microwave for one minute and whisk until completely blended.
- Stir in powdered sugar.
- Add in eggs and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in flour.
- Equally divide between ramekins.
- Bake for 22 – 25 minutes until edges are set, middle will still be soft.
- Let sit in ramekins for a couple of minutes and run a knife around the cake to loosen the edges.
- Enjoy in ramekins or slide on to plate and split to create “lava”.
