Chocolate Lava Cakes

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease two 4 inch ramekins with cooking spray and place on a cookie sheet.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add chocolate and butter.
  4. Microwave for one minute and whisk until completely blended.
  5. Stir in powdered sugar.
  6. Add in eggs and egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
  7. Stir in flour.
  8. Equally divide between ramekins.
  9. Bake for 22 – 25 minutes until edges are set, middle will still be soft.
  10. Let sit in ramekins for a couple of minutes and run a knife around the cake to loosen the edges.
  11. Enjoy in ramekins or slide on to plate and split to create “lava”.
  12. Enjoy!
