How to Make a Cinnamon Roll Crescent Wreath:
This tasty treat has a few simple steps but it’s totally worth it! Unroll the crescent rolls on top of a piece of parchment, trying to keep the sheet in tack. If you can find crescent sheets, even better!
Use a rolling pin, and gently roll to seal on the seams together. Brush the top of the dough with the melted butter, reserving the remaining butter for later.
In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugars. Sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the melted butter.
Starting on the long side, roll the dough into a log. Using a sharp knife or pastry cutter, cut the dough down the center.
Turn the halves facing upward so you can see all the layers, then twist together. Once twisted, connect the ends to make a circle. Pinch to seal the ends together.
Brush the top with the remaining melted butter. Slide the parchment with the wreath onto a sheet pan. Bake at 375 for 15 – 20 minutes. I have found mine takes about 18 minutes but every oven is different!
Take out of the oven and whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Using a spoon drizzle over the warm pastry. Serve immediately!
Hope you enjoy!!
