Cinnamon Roll Pudding Cake

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9×9 square pan or 9 inch round pan with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat dry pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in cake mix until well blended.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the dark brown sugar, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
  5. Spread 1/3 of batter evenly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cinnamon mixture and chopped pecans.
  6. Continue layering, ending with the cinnamon mixture and pecans on top.
  7. Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out almost clean.
  8. Let stand 15 minutes. Use large spoon for serving.
