- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup light brown sugarĀ
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats or quick oats
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, add butter, light brown sugar and granulated sugar and beat until creamed together
- Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth
- Beat in flour, oats, ground cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt
- Using a cookie scoop, drop a heaping tablespoon on to un-greased cookie sheet, about 12 cookies per sheet pan.
- Bake for 12 minutes, cool on wire rack and continue with remaining cookie dough.
- Makes about 30 cookies
