Brownie Layer
- 1 box Brownies (baked according to box)
Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Layer
- 1/2 cup Butter, softened
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Chocolate Layer
Instructions
- Make and Bake Brownies according to instructions in a 9 x 9 baking dish.
- Cool Brownies completely.
- While Brownies are cooling, prepare Edible Cookie Dough.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend together butter and brown sugar.
- Add milk and vanilla extract.
- Then mix in flour.
- Stir in Chocolate Chips. Set dough a side until brownies are cooled.
- Once brownies are cooled. Spread cookie dough evenly over top of brownies.
- Using wax paper, press cookie dough into brownies and level.
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, heating for 1 – 2 minutes at a time and stirring until smooth.
- Let cool for a few minutes, so not to melt the cookie dough.
- Evenly spread melted chips over top.
- Cover and refrigerate for 15 – 20 minutes so chocolate sets before cutting.
