Ingredients Used In Creamy Mushroom and Cannellini Bean Pasta
- olive oil
- baby bella mushrooms
- garlic powder
- sea salt
- cannellini beans
- pasta (such as orecchiette)
- cream of mushroom soup
- chicken stock or vegetable stock
- crushed croutons or italian breadcrumbs
- grated parmesan cheese

Using a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. I suggest using a skillet with lid for later in the recipe but if you do not have one you can use aluminum foil.
Add the sliced mushrooms, garlic powder and sea salt to the heated olive oil.Cook the mushrooms, stirring occasionally, for about 5 – 10 minutes, or until soft.
Once the mushrooms have cooked and softened, add the drained and rinsed cannellini beans, dried pasta, cream of mushroom soup and chicken stock. Stir to combine all the ingredients, reduce heat to a simmer and cover with a lid or aluminum foil.
Cook covered for 20 -25 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
Lastly, top with crushed croutons or italian breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Then place under the broiler for 3 – 5 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with more parmesan cheese if desired.

- 15.5 oz cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

- 16 oz chicken stock or vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup crushed croutons or italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
