How To Make Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse
This may be the easiest dessert! Even avocado critics will love this mousse! I promise you do not taste the avocado. This recipe really only has 2 steps, add everything to food processor and blend!
Make sure you use ripe avocados, just like when making guacamole. Place them in the food processor, along with the dark chocolate cocoa, dark brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Now, pulse for 30 – 60 seconds. Scrap down the sides and then pulse again for 30 – 60 seconds or until it’s completely smooth.
So, I use a food processor but you can also use a blender. If you don’t have either, you can try a hand mixer, if your avocado are truly ripe and soft. All off the creaminess of this mousse comes from the avocado, no water, oil, milk or cream! This recipe is great for people with dietary restrictions.
Hope you enjoy!
