Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 and line a sheet pan with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer.
  3. Mix in egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Mix in dry cake mix.
  5. Stir in by hand, dark chocolate chips.
  6. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, form dough into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
  7. Place rolled cookie dough on sheet pan.
  8. Repeat with remaining dough.
  9. Bake for 11 – 13 minutes.
  10. Cool on wire rack.
  11. Repeat with remaining cookie dough if baking in multiple batches.
  12. Enjoy!
