Who doesn’t need a little daily detox? This detox water is a perfect way to start the day and then sip on all day long. It’s refreshing, not to mention delicious, and you can even top it off with a little club soda for a spritzer!
This detox water only has FOUR ingredients! Start by slicing a lemon and removing all the seeds.
Then slice half of a cucumber and save the other half for your next pitcher of detox water!
Gather about ten fresh mint leaves. If you don’t have it in your garden, you can find it in your grocery’s produce department.
Add everything to a gallon pitcher and then add water.
You can drink immediately and refrigerate. I like to let mine refrigerate for a few hours first to get the detox water’s full effect!

- 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 10 Mint Leaves
- Water
Instructions
- Slice one lemon and remove the seeds.
- Slice half of a cucumber.
- Gather and wash about ten fresh mint leaves.
- Place everything in a gallon water pitcher.
- Fill with water and chill.
- Enjoy!
Notes
* If you finish your water quickly, refill and reuse the lemon, cucumber and mint. I sometimes refill mine three times.
