Ingredients

- 3 avocados, peeled
- 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- 1 lime, divided and juiced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 – 1 tsp garlic salt (depending on taste)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add peeled avocados.
- Using a fork, smash the avocados.
- Add the remaining chopped ingredients, garlic salt and 1/2 juiced lime.
- Gently stir all the ingredients together.
- Top with remaining 1/2 juiced lime to prevent browning.
- Enjoy immediately!
