These are the easiest meatballs! No need for store bought! You can have these ready in 30 minutes to have with your favorite pasta or meatball sub!
First, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment.
Next, in a large mixing bowl, add ground beef and egg.
Next, add breadcrumbs, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix by hand until all ingredients are combined.
Mold twelve golf ball sized meatballs and arrange on parchment.
Bake for 20 minutes and serve with your favorite sauce or try this meatball sub recipe!
