Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place flatbread on parchment lined sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and top each flatbread with one sliced roma tomato.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and top with salt and pepper.
  5. Top each flatbread with a 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella and 1 tsp of grated parmesan.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and top with chopped fresh basil.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
