This Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough tastes just like tried and true cookie dough but without the eggs! It’s so easy to mix up, then refrigerate and have it on hand for a quick spoonful here and there! Or serve it with ice cream or cookies!
This recipe is for all the people out there who like to scrap the bowl! I love this recipe to eat alone or use it in other recipes! But if you really want a chocolate chip cookie, try these recipes.
So, back to the cookie dough.
It’s really easy to make. In a large bowl, mix up all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips with a hand mixer.
Then add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and stir in with a spoon.
Voila! It’s done! That’s it! Now what? Grab a spoonful of Edible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough! Serve it with some vanilla ice cream or baked chocolate chip cookies. Or just eat alone.
Place the remainder in an airtight container and refrigerate.
