English Muffin Pizzas remind me of my childhood! It’s such a fun and simple dinner! And with only five ingredients it can’t get much easier! Plus, with one pan, clean up is a cinch!

- english muffins
- olive oil
- shredded mozzarella
- italian tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- pepperoni or sausage, if desired

How To Make English Muffin Pizzas
This meal is so easy it needs very little prep!
Preheat oven on broil and place the rack in the middle. Line a sheet pan with parchment or aluminum foil. No parchment? No worries! It just makes the clean up even easier especially when the cheese melts over 🙂
Start by splitting the English muffins and arranging them on the sheet pan. I used regular English muffins because that was what I had at the time but whole wheat works wonderfully too! Note: It may change the calorie count on the recipe.
Drizzle the tops of the split muffins with olive oil and place in the oven for 3 – 4 minutes until lightly toasted.
Remove the toasted muffins from the oven and measure a tablespoon of the sauce on top of each muffin. I had some leftover spaghetti sauce from a previous meal in the freezer but jarred sauce also works great.
Measure out about a 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella on top of the sauce for each muffin. Top with pepperoni, sausage, veggies, whatever you like or leave plain.
Place back in the oven under the broiler on the middle rack for 2 – 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Garnish your English Muffin Pizzas with some fresh basil or grated Parmesan if you wish. Serve immediately!

- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella

- Place under broiler for 3 – 4 minutes or until lightly toasted.
- Remove from oven and measure a tablespoon of sauce on top of each muffin half.
- Measure a 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each half.
- Add any desired toppings, such as pepperoni or sausage.
- Place under broiler on middle rack for 2 – 3 minutes, until cheese is melted, bubbly and lightly browned.
- Serve immediately!
