  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, add egg, sugar, molasses, butter and water; mix well.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, ginger and salt to the molasses mixture.
  4. Beat until well mixed.
  5. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
  6. Bake until cake tests done, about 35 minutes.
  7. Flip out onto a wire rack to cool.
  8. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you are using a heavier bundt pan, consider checking the cake at 30 minutes or baking at 325 degrees.
