How To Make Holiday Fudge

This fudge is so quick and easy to make, whip up a batch prior to any get together as a last minute treat!

Heat the butter, evaporated milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to a full rolling boil and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Be sure to stir constantly during the boiling so the sugar mixture does not stick or burn to the bottom of your pan.

After 5 minutes, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth. Then add in the marshmallow creme and vanilla. Stirring until well incorporated and smooth.

Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. If you are garnishing the fudge, this is the best time to do so the garnish sticks to the fudge.

Let cool completely before cutting. Don’t place in the refrigerator or freezer to speed up the cooling unless you have already cut them, they will be impossible to cut was chilled.
