This Italian Sub Crescent Ring is the perfect addition to a party or a low-key evening at home! It’s so easy to make, layered with Italian meats and cheese wrapped in buttery crescent rolls. It will be your new favorite!

- refrigerated crescent rolls
- olive tapenade
- deli sliced coppa or ham
- deli sliced salami
- deli sliced pepperoni
- deli sliced provolone

How to Make an Italian Sub Crescent Ring:
This is the easiest and tastiest appetizer ever! Also, this recipe can be easily doubled for a larger gathering. Let’s get started!
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment. Separate the crescent triangles and arrange in an overlapping circle with the wide ends toward the middle. Leave a two to three inch circle opening in the middle.
Add the tapenade around the circle in the middle. Then, layer the meats overlapping on top of the tapenade. Lastly, layer the provolone on top of the meats.
Now take the pointed end of each crescent and wrap in over the top of the provolone and tuck under the middle of the circle.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Slice and serve. This sandwich ring also reheats well and it’s also great cold!

Ingredients
- 8 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1/2 cup olive tapenade
- 8 slices deli sliced coppa or ham
- 8 slices deli sliced salami
- 8 slices deli sliced pepperoni
- 5 slice deli sliced provolone
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Separate the crescent triangles and arrange in a circle on the parchment, overlapping the wide end of the triangles.
- Add tapenade on top of the crescent dough around the center.
- Layer on the meats first and then the provolone.
- Wrap the small end of the triangles over the top and tuck under the middle of the circle.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Slice and serve.
