Get your daily dose of vitamin C with this Kale Apple Smoothie!  Made with kiwi and ginger, it’s only 77 calories per serving! It’s a quick, easy and healthy way to start your day!

Kale Apple Smoothie

Description

This Smoothie is a quick, easy and low calorie way to start your day!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 Green Apple ((I used Granny Smith))
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 cups Kale
  • 2 tsp Fresh Ginger ((chopped))
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Chop Green Apple
  2. Peel and Chop Kiwi
  3. Peel and Chop Fresh Ginger
  4. Add to Blender or Food Processor
  5. Add Kale
  6. Add Water
  7. Blend on Puree or Liquefy setting for 1 minute or until completely blended and smooth
  8. Pour into glass and Enjoy!

Notes

Serving for one? Just cut the apple and kiwi in half and refrigerate to use the next day!
