This Smoothie is a quick, easy and low calorie way to start your day!
Ingredients

- 1 Green Apple ((I used Granny Smith))
- 1 Kiwi
- 2 cups Kale
- 2 tsp Fresh Ginger ((chopped))
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- Chop Green Apple
- Peel and Chop Kiwi
- Peel and Chop Fresh Ginger
- Add to Blender or Food Processor
- Add Kale
- Add Water
- Blend on Puree or Liquefy setting for 1 minute or until completely blended and smooth
- Pour into glass and Enjoy!
Notes
Serving for one? Just cut the apple and kiwi in half and refrigerate to use the next day!
