I love Mango Salsa! It’s great to serve as an alternative or in addition to the traditional tomato based salsa. Perfect for a party or summer picnic. It also works great as a topping for grilled chicken or fish!
Mango Salsa is so super easy to throw together! I love the light fresh taste of this salsa!
Let’s get started! In a small or medium bowl, add chopped mango.
Then add the red onion.
Then add the chopped jalapeño, chopped cilantro. Squeeze lime over mixture and add a pinch of salt if you so desire.
Mix it up and serve!! It’s that easy!
Serve as an addition to traditional salsa or alone with tortilla chips! Or add as a relish to grilled chicken or fish. So good and easy to make!!

- 1 medium Mango, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 Lime
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- Salt (optional)
