Blondies are one of my favorites! These are M&M Blondies are a fun twist on the chocolate chip version! The perfect combination of soft and chewy plus they are made in one bowl! So easy!

- salted butter
- light brown sugar
- large eggs
- vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- bag of M&Ms or M&M baking pieces

How To Make M&M Blondies
I think blondies are one of my most requested cookie bars. They are perfect for parties and gatherings plus they are super easy make!
You really only need one large microwave safe bowl. Melt the butter in the bowl. It does not need to be completely melted and boiling, just really soft. Then add the brown sugar and blend together with a hand mixer.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla and then mix in the flour.
By hand, stir in the M&M candies or M&M baking pieces. Spread evenly into a lightly greased 9 x 13 dish. The mixture will be thick.
Bake for 22 – 25 minutes at 350 degrees, until brown around the edges. The middle may look at little soft and thats ok. I typically remove them from the oven at 22 minutes but every oven is different. Cool for about 15 minutes before cutting. Store in airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
- In a large microwavable mixing bowl, heat the butter until just melted, about 1 minute.
- Using a hand mixer, beat in the light brown sugar.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Beat in the flour.
- Stir in the M&Ms by hand.
- Spread batter into greased baking dish.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes, until brown around the edges, middle may look at little soft and thats ok.
- Remove from oven and cool before slicing.
- Enjoy!
