How To Make M&M Oatmeal Cookies

These oatmeal cookies are so easy to make, plus, who doesn’t love M&Ms? First, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment. You can also lightly grease your cookie sheet with cooking spray but I like the no-fuss clean up of parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar using a hand mixer.

Then beat in eggs and vanilla extract until well incorporated.

Now, add in the remaining dry ingredients, the flour, oats, baking soda and baking powder.

Using a spoon, mix in the M&Ms. I used M&M baking pieces which look just like M&Ms but I have also used regular M&Ms. I really cannot tell the difference.

Using a cookie scoop, place cookies onto cookie sheet. If you don’t have a cookie scoop, use a tablespoon and measure out heaping tablespoons.

I was able to fit about a dozen per sheet and baked in three batches.

Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes, not letting the bottoms burn. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Hope you enjoy!!
