- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 10 oz. M&Ms or M&M baking pieces
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened Butter and Sugars.
- Beat in Eggs and Vanilla.
- Beat in Flour, Oats, Baking Soda and Baking Powder.
- Stir in M&Ms.
- Using a cookie scoop, drop heaping tablespoons onto lightly greased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 – 12 minutes.
