How to Make Monster Cookies:

Let’s get started, pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment. The parchment is not required, but I love how easy it makes the cleanup. In lieu of parchment, you can lightly grease the sheet pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and sugars with a hand or stand mixer. Then add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mix well. Last add the flour, oats, baking soda and baking powder, mix until combined.

Stir in by hand the dark chocolate chips, M&Ms and pretzel pieces using a large spoon. Be sure not to break up the pretzels too much, you don’t want pretzel crumbs in the cookies, you want them to be chunky.

Now, using a cookie scoop or spoon, measure heaping tablespoons and place on cookie sheet equally spaced. I was able to fit about a dozen per cookie sheet.

Bake for about 10 – 12 minutes, not letting the bottoms burn but letting them brown. Make sure the centers are baked. Transfer to wire rack to cool and repeat with remaining cookie dough.

Hope you enjoy!!
