How To Make No Bake Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Bites
Who doesn’t love a sweet and healthy snack? These bites are just perfect for the snacker in your life! Plus, they are so easy to make.
First, line a square dish or baking dish with parchment. The parchment will just make them easier to remove from the dish after they set. I also spray my parchment with cooking spray. I want to make sure they are easy to remove the dish and the paper!
In a large bowl, mix the quick oats, ground flax seed, almond butter and agave nectar with a spoon until incorporated.
Then press the mixture into the lined and greased square dish. Little tip, I used a piece of wax paper on top to push the oats mixture evenly into the dish. This way the mixture was sticking to my hands or the spoon!
In a small microwave safe bowl, heat the dark chocolate and almond butter on 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
Spread the melted chocolate on top of the oats mixture and refrigerator for at least one hour. Remove and slice into little bites.

- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup agave nectar

- 2 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment and spray the parchment with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, flax seed, almond butter and agave syrup until combined.
- Press mixture into the greased and lined baking dish.
- In another bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips and almond butter in 30 second intervals until the chocolate it melted and smooth.
- Spread evenly on top of the oats mixture.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container.
