No Bake Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Bites

Instructions

  1. Line a square baking dish with parchment and spray the parchment with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, flax seed, almond butter and agave syrup until combined.
  3. Press mixture into the greased and lined baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips and almond butter in 30 second intervals until the chocolate it melted and smooth.
  5. Spread evenly on top of the oats mixture.
  6. Refrigerate for one hour.
  7. Cut into bars.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
  9. Enjoy!
