Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
Topping
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- Line a square baking dish with parchment and spray the parchment with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, flax seed, almond butter and agave syrup until combined.
- Press mixture into the greased and lined baking dish.
- In another bowl, microwave the dark chocolate chips and almond butter in 30 second intervals until the chocolate it melted and smooth.
- Spread evenly on top of the oats mixture.
- Refrigerate for one hour.
- Cut into bars.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy!
